June 13th from 7-11pm on CFRC (101.9 FM) and ZOOM For Local Youth between the Ages of 14-18 The Virtual Prom will be deejayed on CFRC - 101.9 FM with live ZOOM rooms: Main Dance Party Room Drag Show Room Chill-Art Room Games Room Listen along to your song requests, dedications, and shout-outs on 101.9 FM and join the ZOOM rooms to connect with local youth! |
Only those on the GUEST LIST will be permitted into the Zoom Rooms.

The specifics:
You MUST register in advance (be on the guestlist) to join the Queer-antine Virtual Prom on ZOOM

Once you have registered, you will receive information on how to access the ZOOM rooms by June 13th.
If you have not registered in advance of June 13, you can register during the Prom event; however, there will be a slight delay in your access to the ZOOM rooms.
Guidelines for attending the Queer-antine Virtual Prom on ZOOM
Register by clicking the "GET ON THE GUEST LIST" button
To Register you must provide:
- Your preferred first name and last name
- Email address
- Your pronouns
- What high school you attend
- What grade you are in
- Upload a copy of your student ID card or other proof of being a student
Once you have registered, you will receive information on how to access the ZOOM rooms by June 13th.

Guidelines for attending the Queer-antine Virtual Prom on ZOOM
- This is a supervised event. In order to ensure the safety of all those in attendance, only youth who have pre-registered to be on the guestlist will have access to the event.
- All attendees must be between the ages of 14 and 18.
- We know that your preferred name may not match the name on your ID or timetable. When you log onto Zoom, ensure that your last name is the same. You will be able to "re-name" yourself once you are in the Zoom.
- Please use respectful and inclusive language and preferred pronouns.
- All attendees must have their cameras on at all times. If you are uncomfortable with viewing yourself in the camera, there is an option on Zoom to hide your self-view camera while remaining visible to others at the event.
